Bt still adding charges to landline

Options
Been dealing with bt for over a year for them overcharging my mother who pays for 700 minutes free use. They have refunded all charges and rental each time. But today admitted they know they have a system problem but they only deal with customers when they realise. This is still ongoing taking money from people but are unwilling to rectify it

  • Yet another call from bt telling me that problem is sorted but they can’t guarantee it. Also couldn’t explain why they aren’t letting customers know they have a system problem causing it. It looks like it’s cheaper to pay customers who accidentally find over billing than send possible customers notice to check there invoices. Am looking forward to next week’s call to find out after bill produced but all staff are off until 2 days after bill being sent. Obviously overcharging customers isn’t important to the.
