Experian report not showing ccj?

Hello,

apologies for double posting, when I spoke with the finance company regarding financing new machinery they said the finance company would run an Experian report on me and I told them before they did this would show an unpaid ccj. however I've just checked my Experian and there's no default or ccj showing however I have just changed it to my current address where the ccj is registered. will this take a bit of time to update to the new address then show the ccj?.

CCJ is registered to you in person, not the address so it would show regardless if it was still active

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

  • Could it be that it doesn't show with Experian?
I have 3 from Erudio Student Loans that show on my Transunion reports but not Equifax for example.

    How old is the judgement?

It will only show for 6 years from the date it was granted, after that its automatically removed regardless of its status.
