Never heard of this bunch before but they came up on a consumer programme.
On their website they clearly think they can talk about prosecuting people tut tut:

Interesting too that the glossy web site is actually not brilliantly written. Example - If they still refuse to pay, we will initiate court proceedings against them. This can also lead to further court costs and possible CCJ on your credit file.

Yup, 2 (wo)man band.... minimal accounts info and no employees in 2023.
Looks like they kicked off using KADOE through Debt Recovery Plus ltd back in 21-22 FY with 1500 requests, increased to about 3000 in the next year and has tailed off significantly to 269 in the first 3 quarters of this last tax year...odd, and a bit rubbish by the looks of their website...
Sounds like they thought is was a quick buck to be had - obviously they are IPC not BPA members!
