Krupps Product failure

I bought a Krupps bean to cup coffee machine for my hubby at the cost of £400, so not cheap! He’s the only one that drinks coffee, so it certainly hasn’t been over-used. It broke after 2 and a half years and given the price, I feel that is unreasonable. They won’t fix it or even help with the cost. I realise the 2 year…

Mrs L has a cheaper type of Krups coffee machine which stopped working. Her son part dismantled it and found it was clogged up inside, cleaned it out and has worked ever since
