Hi, I’ve sent them 3/4 emails and called them about 3 times, each time being told it will be resolved but have heard nothing yet. I’m close to the 30 day limit and don’t want this CCJ on my record. Is there anything else I can do?0

I have received a CCJ regarding the above, I am a little bewildered to be frank. Having sent the directions questionnaire a second time in February, I have not had any response back and now there is a CCJ on my file.
What has happened and what do I do?
Ring at 8.30am and you will get through.ih8ukpc said:Hi, I’ve sent them 3/4 emails and called them about 3 times, each time being told it will be resolved but have heard nothing yet. I’m close to the 30 day limit and don’t want this CCJ on my record. Is there anything else I can do?
Email a complaint to HMCTS. They step in quickly. Do that while you wait on the phone and tell the CNBC clerk that you are incensed at thd way they do this to people and then ignore emails from desperate defendants, so you've complained to the HMCTS complaints team.
It WILL be sorted and the 30 days doesn't matter. It will be reversed.

Okay thank you0

It has just been pointed out to me that I had the wrong file size on my DQ so they didn’t process it. They’re suggesting I apply to set the ccj aside but the fee is more than the actual claim value. Should I just pay at this point? Stupid error to have made.0

I printed it and used a pen then scanned it back in. The file I sent was 18mb but they only process up to 10mb1
