Octopus Tarriff Issues?

Had a Solar Panel System fitted back in February this year - Jinko panels, Sunsynk Inverter & 2 Batteries plus a Zappi Car Charger in expectation of getting an EV.

Have been on Octopus Flux Import & Flux Export

All been working fine until now (of course the Zappi although fitted and integrated has been unused up to now)

Collected a Kia Niro EV on Friday.

So contacted Octopus and switched to Intelligent Octopus Go EV and successfully charged the car with the Zappi

However since then the Sunsynk batteries have been stuck on 62% and will neither charge nor discharge save for the occasional 1 watt in or out.

On going back to Octopus they advised I also needed to change to the "Fixed Outgoing Octopus tariff" for compatibility reasons  - which has now taken place.

However the batteries are still stuck on 62% and will neither charge nor discharge.

I'm guessing there is a conflict in the tariffs somewhere with perhaps Intelligent Octopus Go EV tariff and the Sunsynk Inverter fighting for control of the system.  The Original Installers of the system have remotely checked all the Sunsynk system settings and can't see any issues.

One of the installers super techy guys is going to get back to me within a couple of days but in the meantime I though I'd see if anyone on here has got any ideas?

I have just change from Agile to Go, I needed to change from Fixed Outgoing to Flexible Outgoing, as regards your Sunsynk batteries I believe its a software setting/problem.

Battery charging now sorted, there was a trip out, though the installer's techie guy is not sure why it happened. Think the tarriff advice from Octopus depends on who takes your call.
