    Ok thanks,

The Notice of Trial date did not provide any information on how to submit the Exhibits & witness statement electronically,

I am assuming I need to email these to the same email I used for submitting defence below?

Definitely Not. ( the CNBC have not been involved for months. )

Look up the website for your local civil court that sent you the court order, check their email details, phone them if necessary, try using Courtf

    Thanks

I assume many people must make trhe same mistake as me then, since it is not clearly stated how you should send communication to the court on the letter they send you confirming the date.

I was looking for the hertford courts email, I found it below (for future ref) and have sent in the documents

    enquiries.hertford.countycourt@JUSTICE .gov.uk

All (well most) county courts follow the same format but to be sure they can be found here: -

    Observations

The CNBC is Not a court , just a civil service office

The CNBC did send you an N180 where you nominated your local civil court

The CNBC did send you a letter telling you when & where they transferred the case to ( your nominated civil court )

Your local nominated civil court did send you a letter with their details on it ( the only court involved. )

Websites and phone numbers are there to be used ( used to be phone directories and yellow pages. )

Because you are on here, search engines like google and duckduckgo etc are available to you too

    Yay, well done!

    ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

I'm surprised he didn't call a halt when he realised you had been sent a different evidence bundle from them than the court got. That's a clear abuse IMHO.

    Hi All,

I just recieved the judgement in the post ordering PCM to pay my witness expenses. How do I go about colecting this?

The deadline for them to pay me has passed and I dont know the usual process for this, do I just call them via the number on their webpage?

No their solicitor pays these costs. Email them and give them your bank details as well as a two finger salute, perhaps.
