Please could you offer me some advice here. I received a County Court Claim Form issue date 04.11.24 from Euro Parking Services Limited (Gladstones Solicitors ltd are solicitors).I had a lease car (no longer) and apparently "parked in breach of the terms of parking stipulated on the signage (the 'contract') at Green Dragon Hotel Car Park, on 21/12/2022 thus incurring the parking charge notice." However I'm not told why I breached the terms.
What should be my next move please?

Can you please show us a picture of the Particulars of Claim - with all your personal detail hidden of course.With a Claim Issue Date of 4th November, you have until Monday 25th November to file an Acknowledgment of Service, but there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an Acknowledgment of Service, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 9th December 2024 to file a Defence.That's nearly three weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service guidance.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.2 -
I see they have added 'contractual costs' which I dont believe to be something they can do here right?
