Glasses Direct 2 for £14 offer

Sent in my order using the link off MSE and follwed the instructions only to receive just one pair of glasses. When I challanged them they said I had to reorder a new pair and they would then zero the account if I rang in. You can't simply reorder the same pair as it won't let you so I would have to start again. They say they can't send me a new pair as they have a new IT system. Why should I jump through hoops to correct their error. Really poor service, they have my details, they should simply send what I ordered and paid for. I couldnt reccomend Glasses Direct.

Ditto problems I also went for the 2 pairs for £14 and I have been charged double. emailed them and they replied, 'I hope you're doing well. I just wanted to clarify our 2-for-1 offer to ensure there is no confusion. Since you've ordered two pairs, the second pair is free. You’ve only been charged for the price of the first pair, and for the second pair, you’ve been charged only for the lens package, as we provide basic lenses for the free pair.'
So it isn't 2 pairs for £14. I do not understand when I ordered the Basic lens package. Perhaps customer services should check what was ordered against what they sent out and what the customers have paid. I feel they just throw you an ad hoc explanation without any checks being made and leave the customer exasperated. Not good enough.0
