1. Family tickets are for four people, consisting of either two adults and two children, or one adult and three children (children being Under 16's). A family ticket must include at least one adult and one child.
2. Each Winner will receive a family ticket to an available pantomime show at the ATG Entertainment venue selected at the point of entering the competition.
3. ATGE will work with the Winners to secure a performance date and time that works for Winners, subject to availability. ATGE cannot guarantee that tickets will be available for particular dates or times.
4. The prize is valid for 2024 productions only.
5. The prize is non-transferable.
6. Any and all prize-related expenses (including but not limited to food and drink or travel and accommodation) shall be the sole responsibility of Winner.
7. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted.
8. Where the winner's companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.
9. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform ATGE of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize.
10. Anyone under the age of 3 years of age will not be admitted, under any circumstance. Everyone entering the theatre will require a ticket.
11. This prize is provided by ATG Entertainment. For any complaints or other communication regarding the prize, please contact ATG Entertainment. All prizes are provided on an "as-is" basis and without warranty from Jet2 (although please note, certain products may benefit from a warranty provided by the third-party retailer or manufacturer). Insofar as permitted by law, Jet2 will not accept any liability for or arising from the prizes.
12. If a prize is not accepted by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited and Jet2 reserves the right to award a prize to another randomly selected entry.
13. Jet2 reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the prize or any element of the prize with an alternative at any time to the equivalent prize value or at its discretion, the cash value of the prize or element of the prize being substituted.
14. The prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
15. No element of the prize may be changed by the winner.
