• Entrants must be legal residents of the UK who are 21 years old or over and in possession of a valid passport. 
Proof of address may be required.
• Only 1 Entry per individual is permitted.
• Competition closing date of 30th November 2024. 
• Once the air tickets are confirmed, no name or date changes are possible. Any possible amends to the booking 
will be at the winner’s cost.
• If confirmation from the winner is not received within 7 days from when they are awarded the prize, it will be 
considered forfeited and another winner will be drawn at random. The holiday is subject to availability with some black out dates will apply (e.g. Bank Holidays and school holidays). Specific black out dates include, but are not limited to, April 11-13, May 1-3, September 18-21, September 26-28 and October 6-10 2025.
• The holiday prize must be booked before 30th June 2025 taken in its entirety by 31st December 2025. 
• The winner may be required to submit valid identification (passport) before receiving their prize.
• The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they have adequate travel insurance.
• The winner must comply with and is responsible for attending to any inoculation and health regulations or visa 
requirements (US ESTA visa) required for their destination.
• The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel to and from the London airport. 
• Spending money, meals, travel taxes, trip kitties, travel insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, 
inoculations, additional transfers or regional flights and all other ancillary costs (as well as obtaining any of these) not specified in the prize inclusions are the responsibility of the winner.
• The promoter is (MDSG – Marketing Distribution Services Ltd) and associated partners will not accept any 
liability for any loss or damages suffered whilst on this trip.

• The prize must be accepted as offered. There is no cash or other alternative. The promoter reserves the right to 
substitute the prize with one of an equivalent or greater value.

• Winner and plus one must have own valid passport and travel insurance.
