thanks for you comments i couldn't find a more recent one with similar reason for my defence, i have tried searching my junk and not seen anything (i don't think they even have my email only receive letters no emails) , plus nothing on MCOL either.

Just rang the court to ask if they have paid the court fee and have been told they haven't and the claim has been discontinued. I would like to say my heartfelt thanks to all the people who have helped me massively in this its really appreciated. I have not received the for NoD yet but will post up once received.

Well done , ECP and DCB Legal lose out again,  so yes please post your redacted N279 NoD document picture when it arrives 

On a side note,  MCOL is never updated once they transfer the case to your local nominated civil court,  so there was no point in checking it. You did the correct thing by contacting your local civil court instead

Great news 🥳  Have you seen/signed any of the parking petitions. We must keep asking for Govt action to protect motorists from PP operators 'rip-off' practices and equipment.

Email DCB Legal and ask for a copy to close your file, otherwise you'll claim wasted costs.
