Do I challenge a parking ticket when duration was less than one minute

I received a parking ticking in Islington where "the contravention occured at 12:04 to 12:04. I literally picked something up from a shop where the item was ready and I didn't need to wait at all.
Seems crazy that I wasn't even there for a whole minute!

Not really enough information.
On a red route (plenty of them in Islington) you aren't allowed to stop. 'Stop' means exactly that - you can't even pause to let a passenger get out (there are some exemptions if the passenger has a blue badge or if the vehicle is a taxi). The driver getting out of the car, going to a shop then getting back in again would be interpreted as 'stopping'.
What street was it?
Single red lines do allow stopping at certain times of day. Red route clearways don't have red lines but they do have signs.1 -
Sorry, I should have been clearer.
The PCN was issued on a single yellow line in a side street called Elder Walk which leads into Popham Street. The ticket itself says "Popham Street", and not Elder Walk, and perhaps this is another reason to challenge the ticket.0 -
Who issued the PCN. ? ( Or penalty. ? )1

I don't know Elder Walk (never even noticed it).
Usually single yellow means 'no parking, no waiting' which is generally taken to mean stopping for a few minutes during limit times is overlooked. However some are signed as 'no stopping' which means as above.
What do the signs on Elder Walk say? Do you have a photo?1 -
In answer to the queries, it was issued by Islington Council.
I attach phots from the Council as well as their location map. The relevance of that is that their map shows me "parked" in Elder Walk, whilst the PCN says I was parked in Popham Street - is that sufficient for the PCN to be wrongly made?

As its a council PCN, for targeted advice I suggest that you post your query over on the FTLA parking forum website in the council section there, after reading their posting requirements there first
Mse forum tends to deal with private parking company charges, not council2
