QDR Solicitors letter

Recieved parking eye ticket on 2 occasions for staying at 2 different hotels back in 2021. Ignored the initial letters as that's what I was told to do. Fast forward to May 2023 a debt agency sent me another round of letters demanding payment on behalf of parking eye. Was told this was illegal they had bought the debt from parking eye and advised to just ignore them again.
Now in October 2024 I recieved 2 letters chasing the above debts from GCTT certificated enforcement agents. So again like the previous ones I just assumed ignore them aswell but now I've got a letter from QDR Solicitors saying they are acting on behalf off ZZPS (our client) who act on behalf of parking eye demanding the payment now.
I'll attach the letter for a read. Will this go to court and if so what's my options ?
I was staying in the hotel I just don't have the original parking eye letters to confirm the details of my said over stay.
Any guidance be much appreciated.

Do you live in Scotland? Were both hotels in Scotland?
Still no keeper liability in Scotland, maybe next year. Search forum Scotland parking law change 2025 and read some threads.

So are you saying these still aren't enforceable in Scotland. I can't seem to find the Scotland new law parking 2025 one you've recommended looking at ?
