Hi all.
Has anyone else managed to do a BT through the Ulster app? I don't see the option so wondering if phone is the only way. Does anyone know if its an automated method over phone?

I had to phone to setup a balance transfer. They took forever, was on the phone over an hour, but the person was helpful enough.1
