Best place to put £80k for 6 months?

I need to put £80k somewhere safe for about 6 months. It's probate money so won't be there much longer, and can't be put in an ISA. Where would be secure and offer a good rate for that term?

Assuming it can go into any kind of account, Trading 212 are still paying 5.17% (paid daily) on an instant access GBP cash deposit in their INVEST product, which doesn't appear in comparison tables as far as I can see.
Do your research regarding FSCS and how they also hold funds in QMMFs.1 -
