Transferring Assets (funds) to spouse

I wish to even out our Capital Gains liabilities between my wife and myself.
I believe that transferring funds between spouses can be done without incurring CGT.
How do I go about this (we both have iWeb GIA accounts and wish to transfer between these).
I assume that we can't just sell from one account and rebuy in the other as the sale would attract CGT - but that there must be some mechanism to do this?
Any help appreciated?

Under 'Transfers' in the list on the right hand side of the IWeb main page, there is a "Transfer shares between two IWeb Share Dealing Accounts" option.2

When you do this transfer, it would be helpful if you let the community on here know if iWeb charge for that kind of thing? I-O (Jarvis charge £18, so would be good to have a comparison.)0

Make sure you obtain and retain the original book cost data. Often when asset transfers occur, the platform will use the price at the date of transfer and need to manually re-enter the original book costs (or you need to manually do it).I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
