AEG stand-alone oven with ceramic hob

We have a stand-alone AEG dual oven with ceramic hob (model 49002V).  It’s 12 years old and working fine. But if we need to replace it with a similar stand-alone oven I was surprised to find none available with the wipe-clean touch-sensitive temp/time controls we have now.  I can only see ones with old-fashioned knobs, as if they were designed 40 years ago.  Are there any on the market like our old AEG?  Or is a case of separate touch-sensitive hobs being the fashion now just for built ins.  The only reason I could think of was that a stand-alone like ours would be well over a critical price point of £1000, since that is nearly what we paid in 2012.
