Deep clean of 1 bed flat needed in Reading

I have a relatively small 1 bedroom flat, including kitchen, bathroom, lounge & bedroom. Also the entrance area to get access to the property.
With various issues faced in my life over last few months, only the very basic cleaning have, been completed. Other major tasks had lspsed, meaning severe dirt &;grime had built up over time.
This includes mould around the bay windows in the lounge & bathroom, multiple stains on carpet that I've not been able to remove with basic cleaning products.
Also would need some support on cleaning in & out of the cooker & fridge freezer.
I've a new washing machine to be plumbed so hope that deals with the current dirty clothes & bedding
No doubt I've forgotten lots of things, but main issues are with ongoing mould issues. Sure it didn't help with my recent health issues & deep cleaning the carpets.
I need to find out how much it would cost to get all this done as a 1 off.
Other items I'm buying are a rug for the living room, 1 or 2 small armchairs, 2 dining chairs & a bedside cabinet, so all those should still be in decent condition.
Need a timeline & a rough cost. It's urgent but not next day.

Probably better asking somewhere like Facebook groups where local companies can reply to you1

Cleaning companies will be used to deep cleaning flats, when tenants have moved out.
Depending on where you live and how bad it really is - £150 ??1 -
Your circumstances are common.
There are cleaning companies that do specialize in genuine deep cleans. As suggested try facebook or just google deep cleaning companies / end of tenancy cleaners for your area and speak to them. Tell them what the problems are and they will know what needs doing as they deal with it all the time.
You'll need some cool bags so you can put any food you wish to keep in them whilst the inside of the fridge freezer is cleaned. Use it as a chance to chuck away way out of date food or stuff you know you are not going to eat.

Interior oven clean is typically £50-£70.2

I'm sorry you've had such a lot to cope with recently. I do hope things are going to be better now.
While you wait to get the work done, I'd encourage you to air the affected rooms if you can cope with the cold air for a short while, and also to put mould-affected things in the sunshine to help kill off the mould (obviously that will only be a few of the things). I had white vinegar recommended to me for killing mould as well as cleaning it off and it really seems to slow it down better than bleach.
As you get back on your feet, try to establish habits that will help, such as airing rooms (if you can get a dehumidifier, that's useful, but aren't in everyone's budget). I'd recommend the Flylady system as a way of building up habits. It's American so the terminology can be a barrier to some people but the ideas are sound and helpful.
And good on you for having what it takes to start to rebuild. I wish you every success: you will love it when the cleaning is done and you have your new furniture in!I think a bit of sunshine is good for frugal living. (Cranky40)
