maybe theres a way we can get Sky sports and Netflix and discovery plus without sky and get a different broadband and WIFi that had a back up SIM woth unlimited DATA in the router so if WIFI drops it automatically switches to that so we don't loose WIFI? Anyone know?0

I had exactly the same problem. Do you have multi room with your Sky Q? The mini boxes act as wifi hot spots and for some reason that was the problem. I was regularly having to reboot all boxes to get internet back. Unfortunately when you are with sky broadband there is no option to turn hot spots off the option to switch off is only there when you are with a different broadband provider. I moved broadband away from Sky, turned off the hotspot option and bingo the problem was solved.0
