My aunt had dementia, was in a care home, she passed away there too. Family appointed Solicitors to act as her Deputy for Health and Finances. Solicitors are submitting their Final Bill of Cost Bundle. I'm Executor and a Trustee, I've requested a copy of said Bundle, Solicitor ask me why I think I'm entitled to it and under what Ruling, (Clause or other), I need to quote something within the law that will make them submit this too me. Please if someone knows how I can obtain it please kindly let me know. Thank you in advance

Didn't the answers you received then help? If not, maybe go back and ask again, since it's likely they will have more specialists in such an area than this site will.
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0 -
I think you will find something of help in section 8 and 9.13.13 of this document: Professional deputy costs (web version) - GOV.UK
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0 -
