Not sure what exactly I am looking for from this but it feels daunting. Anyone who has had similar experience and can share experience would be really helpful.
I'm first-time buyer and about 40k gift in my deposit comes from my parent in China. Application submitted in early October. It's been over 1 month. So far I've provided the following
I am looking to complete the transaction by end of Jan 2025. But not sure if the lender will have endless request for more documents about donor's deposit etc. In the document 4, there is about £10k transferred from my other family to my parent's account 2, before my parent transferred the fund to their account 1 that actually transferred funds to me.
With all documents provided now, what's the chance of offer? I am very jumpy the moment I think of the endless documents to provide. Also concerned if it's possible to complete by end of Jan and then move it before Feb. Fingers crossed. If anyone with similar experience like this before could share any thoughts, much appreciate.

3.2 term deposit certificate and withdrawal confirmation receipt of 1 account closing transfer (large deposit 2) deposited 3 years ago. - 6-month bank statements of donor's account 2 prior to the transfer to the donor's account 1 that actually transferred funds to me (large deposit 3)
