Kroo bank blocked my account - then closed it - but won't give me my money

I don't know if this makes a difference but did Kroo know you were the director of a business as well as an employee either at the time you opened the account or at the time you became a director?If they didn't would this breach their AML obligations?0

No I didn't tell them. When they asked what the payment was for I explained it was a loan to my new business so they asked for a bank statement for the business account which I gave and then they blocked my account.
