Lidl Staff Parking Fine

Hi there, I've had a search and cant find anything here that is like my situation. I hope this isn't a double post.

This morning I received a letter from DCBL (Direct Collection Bailiffs LTD) in an attempt to get a payment for £2550 worth of PCNs from Euro Car Parks. 15 PCNs in total, all at the same location. It turns out my wife( Fiancé at the time ) used my car to go to work at her job at Lidl at the time but did not register my car so no fines were issued. Up until now I have no correspondence from Euro Car Parks about the fine. The dates of the fines were March 2023 May 2023. I have moved house, but it was in Sept 2022 so addresses should have been changed. The letter I have received has given the standard fearmongering approach of 14 days to contact us or pay etc.

I'm not sure how to proceed, alot of the info here suggests to complain to the land owner, and not stating who was driving the car at the time and the it wasn't me. However in this case the car should never have been liable for a fine as it was being used by a staff member. Can anyone advise on the best way to proceed here? £2500 is a lot of money and it's making me a little anxious.

Thanks in advance

Make sure that the V5c and driving licences are up to date

Missing paperwork tends to happen when the V5c has not been updated promptly, that was the registered keepers problem, nobody else's

The newbies sticky thread in announcements mentions plan A, landowner cancellation, so as mentioned earlier, try to get Lidl to cancel them

PS, being a staff member may not exempt that person from the parking rules, UNLESS the staff members vehicle was on a whitelist due to any employment rights, clearly that failed in this case, leading to 15 PCNs at £100 a pop

You need to respond only to tell them to 'erase the old address' and that any court claim from DCB Legal must be served to NEW ADDRESS.

Read post 2 of the NEWBIES thread in readiness for your LBC and court claim.
