Monument Bank offer yo an easy available access account but do not lower the interest rate so for an easy access account 4.81% is excellent. £25000 min to start but well worth it.

Or does your comment about how they "do not lower the interest rate" signify that there's some sort of commitment to keeping it at its current level, rather than being variable (as published), or do you just mean that they've haven't yet responded to the recent base rate change?0 -
Through Raisin, Monument pays 4.87% easy access, min deposit £1000.... oh hold on - the rate reduces to 4.51% on 25 November.
