TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Prize is for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old
• The Recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary
• At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over. Anyone under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel;
• Economy roundtrip flights from Gatwick or Heathrow airports (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to Ljubljana Jože Pučnik airport, Slovenia. Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available. Flight itinerary will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion.
• Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion(s)’ home and London departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion(s).
• A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation.
• Accommodation based on 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old sharing a quadruple occupancy treehouse accommodation in Lake Bled for 3 nights.
• Accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion.
• Accommodation for the recipients does not include any meals, incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the recipients.
• The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package.
• All elements of the prize are subject to availability; if unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion.
• Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure.
• Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over. 
• All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time.
• Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled.
• Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available.
• All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests.
• The prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 4th January (Christmas and New Year), over UK  public holidays, or over Easter Sunday.
• Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time.
• For the rental car, the car type is subject to availability, the named driver must be aged 21 or over, with a full clean driving license that has been held for over one year, any drivers aged 25 or under, or with less than three years’ driving experience, may need to pay a supplementary cost for car rental; if driving license is not fully printed in English, an International Driving Permit/ international driver’s license or other paperwork may be required, a credit card (not a debit card) in the name of the driver with available funds (value advised upon booking) will be required by the car rental company in order for the driver to collect the car.
• For the high ropes park, the minimum age is 6 years old and all children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at all times; it is not suitable for those who are pregnant or those with heart, back or neck conditions/injuries, those who are blind, deaf or those with autism spectrum disorder. Additional age, weight and height restrictions will apply and vary by course.
• The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd. Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/
• Universal Pictures Marketing, a division of Universal Film Exchanges LLC (“Universal”) is not a sponsor or administrator of this giveaway. Entrants are providing their information to Element and not to Universal.
• Entrants must load the offer within the My Offers section of their Boots App to be eligible to enter. Entrants can enter on Boots.com - subject to availability. Only one entry per person. • The winners will be notified by 9th December 2024 by Element. The prize draw will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. If an entry is drawn that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, it shall be disqualified and shall not be awarded a prize. The Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner in the same manner. This process will be followed until an eligible and responsive prize winner is selected.
• Please make sure your email address is on your boots.com account. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them. 
• Winner must respond within 5 days.
• The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
