Seller not refunding returned order

I bought online 4 largish items and returned one of them as it wasn't quite right. Seller confirmed they had received the item and said they would refund, I'm still waiting for the money. I've emailed several times and they keep saying they will refund but they never do. This has been going on for about a month.
Their trustpiolet reviews are really bad and the sellers replies are very condescending, sarcastic and rude which makes me think they don't care about customer satisfaction.
The refund is for £89. I paid with my debit card.
All communication has been via email.
What should I do to get my refund?

You could contact your bank to arrange a chargeback. You have proof (acknowledgement from the seller) that the goods were returned along wiht a promise of a refund - that should cover it.0
