Balance transfer error help

On Tuesday I initiated a balance transfer to my capital one account
Later on the Tuesday I received a phone call from capital one fraud team asking about transactions I did not recognise
The transaction was for .75p
Because I said I didn't recognise it she cancelled the card and issued a new one
I tried to explain I had did a balance transfer earlier that day but she did not listen and ended up hanging up
I spoke to someone else who said it would be fine and the old card would still result in the balance transfer reaching the account
But it's now Thursday
The transfer amount as left the Barclays card but not arrived at the capital one card
I phoned Barclays who where entirely unhelpful and said it was processed their end and my only option was to contact capital one
Anyone got any advice for what I can do ?
So the card number and details I provided where correct are the time I requested the transfer but the card was cancelled and a new one issued a couple of hours later

BTs can take a few days to process (don't know why but they do) so I'd be a bit more patient. I wouldn't expect to see this much before Monday frankly.
