“not wholly parked in bay” ticket
Hi, my mum recently received a ticket from a private car park saying she is "not wholly parked within bay" but in both the pictures they sent the cars brake lights are still on and there is obviously still someone in there as it is unlocked. I am not sure what to say to them to get it dropped as it seems a bit ridiculous anyway. They have given us 14 days to pay £60 or after that £100. I have attached a picture that they sent us too.
Any help would be appreciated. I’m not sure whether to email them saying this or to just ignore it entirely?

Firstly: Why didn't the car driver pull forward fully into the bay? I'm 100% in your side but never get how drivers let this happen and also don't see the oik with their phone camera?
Disabled bay or parent & child bay?
Which PPC?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Which PPC?Honestly, I wasn’t there so I don’t know for certain, but the reality is she was either moving or reversing out and stopped because someone was walking by (I.e. the person with the camera) or she thought nothing of it.
It is a disabled bay. My mum can’t walk without assistance, so it’s likely she was in the car.
I’m not certain what PPC means, but the parking company which sent it was Premier Park.2 -
I'd do an appeal by the keeper, saying the only pictures are of the car manoeuvring, not parked. It is a disabled bay and the driver can’t walk without assistance, so the bay was being properly used. The vehicle was either moving in or reversing out and if it stopped (unproven) that was only to adjust the parking angle or because a pedestrian was seen in the rear view mirror (I.e. the person with the camera). The lights can be seen to be on. The fact is the car was moving and if the driver was a bit slower than able bodied people to complete the manoeuvre, that is due to her impaired mobility.OVLD68 said:
