Hi,
My 89 year old mum had transactions for £155.00 taken out of her account the last few weeks which came up as Reward Club 0345. She hadn't ordered anything and hadn't joined their Reward Club. On phoning them they have advised to email them and they will refund the monies, fingers crossed they will. This can't be right that a company that is selling items to help older vulnerable people, can also pull the wool over their eyes.
