I bought one of their sorcerors hat pepper mills a few years ago in TK Maxx for a bargain price of £7 or thereabouts.
It's easily the best grinder I've ever had, but I must've done something when I last refilled it, because the stone just wasn't working as well as it had been.
I contacted them, they sent out a replacement stone immediately, and said that if that didn't work, they'd replace the whole thing for free!
Brilliant service, no quibbles at all and now it works perfectly again.
