Membership money taken, but cannot access website or any of the benefits!

I took out an EveryIcon membership with the Everyman cinema in September, which includes 24 tickets amongst other benefits for a monthly fee. However, the website and app are absolutely rubbish and most of the time are completely down, so I cannot even see the listings, let alone book a ticket or use my "free" ones. The phone line seems to be unmanned, as I've called five times and never got through to a person (plus the hold music is the same one awful song on repeat forever). I've sent five emails with no response at all and I can't even file a complaint because the website doesn't work! I'd like to cancel the monthly payments as I am not able to use the membership, but I can't do that either. What are my rights/options in a situation like this? Does anyone know? It doesn't seem right that I should have to stick to my side of the annual contract if they aren't providing an adequate and usable service.... Any ideas for what I can do?

Pop into the cinema and speak to them about the issues?
