Voluntary liquidation suggests not insolvent, so in theory you could get in quick with your claim...
Creditors Voluntary liquidation = insolvency.  A licensed insolvency practitioner will assume the role of liquidator of the company
  • That a tent can cost £2k will come as a shock to those people who buy something at TK Maxx that costs £15, take it to Glastonbury and don't even bother taking it down before leaving.

Who then go on Just Stop Oil and other similar protests thinking they are saving the planet.
A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".

With any luck the Khyam tent will last as long as mine that I purchased about 30 years ago from a different Khyam tent company which also went bust!

Still used every year, its now a little faded, but all the quick erect mechanisms still work, it isn't ripped and it doesn't leak.
A good tent will last a long time.  I purchased mine when I was about 16 or so (which makes it over 35), it still as good as the day it was bought.  It is now very "retro" whereas when I purchased it, my model was one of the most commonly seen.

I suspect we are both in "outlier" territory.
