I have received a letter for mediation for 11th April.
I have also changed address, anyone know who/how to update new address

You send a data rectification notice to the DPO of the PPC requiring them to note your new address, erase your old data and inform all and any of their agents and subcontractors of same. There is an email address on the Defence Template thread showing where to send address updates.1

No, do i need to have hard copies of WS with me. I was thinking of taking a video recording of the car park on my phone to show. The evidence the claimant has provided are a few dark images of my car.
What do i need to take along?0 -
What is the deadline for submission of your WS? You need hard copies of your WS for you to read and refer to but also sometimes the judge does not receive a copy or the claimant pretends they haven't received theirs. You cannot just rock up and present the WS nor can you use the video if you haven't sent it all to the court and the claimant by the deadline.1
-
Be careful with the video if they have provided poor images only.
The onus is on them to prove the car park is signed well, not for you disprove it. Unless it's clear there is zero signage or something obvious. So you are probably best letting them hang by their own rope.2 -

You are currently in breach of your hearing order. Your WS and evidence bundle is late. This stage is in the NEWBIES thread.
@Nosy you succeeded with a counterclaim once, so surely you know about WS stage?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
