Car instance claim / already paid for the repair

Summary: We paid for a car repair on a colleagues car caused by our son opening a door (minor dent, no paint work) She picked the vehicle up and then a week later complained she wasn't happy about it. Yeah, we've let our insurance know the situation and sent all the messages from her and the garage showing the works been done. She's just not happy with it, there's literally nothing working with it, it's the best part of the car now.

I think at this stage it's between her and the garage?
