Morrisons / Euro Car Parks Fine - is it worth an Appeal?

My daughter (17 y/o driving <1 month) has just received a PCN from Euro Car park.
The letter states that she was parked in a Morrisons car park for 45 minutes.
Her car was identified by Number Plate Recognition.
They want to charge her £60 if she pays within 14 days (although only 8 days left due to postage). If not it increases to £100.
She parked in the car park as she was concerned something was wrong with her car, and it took time for her to get through to someone who could offer advice with her car
We've gone to the car park tonight to check the signs and for the time she was there it states you can only park for 10 minutes.
Based on the above scenario, is there any point trying to appeal?

Search for a post by @troublemaker22 (a solicitor I know personally) about contracts made by under 18s being voidable.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
