McDonald’s MET parking

Hi, I’m new to this so apologies if I’ve missed anything!

I got a “fine” in the post for overstaying in McDonalds car park. The reason I overstayed was because it was bonfire night and was very busy ordering food and when going to leave there was stand still traffic.
I emailed McDonald’s customer service hoping they could do something, as I know these parking companies are terrible! However I received an automated response (both emails shown below).
Anyways, I’m asking for some advice as I have no idea what to say when appealing as I’ve never done it before & I’m terrible with writing! Are there certain words/phrases to use to help win an appeal?
Thanks so much!!

Dear McDonalds,
Please don't insult me with that template reply. I don't care why you use a parking firm. Bin the template reply. It's an embarrassment to your supposed customer service ethos.
Do you honestly think that your customers care about your flawed rationale for why you let rogue ANPR firms have carte blanche to sue your customers?
You are either mistaken or just fobbing me off. You have cancelled lots of unfair parking charges issued to your customers and your leadership team should be revisiting your stance on this 'scam' ANPR operation sooner rather than later.
Kindly try again, or escalate my complaint to someone who is prepared to invoke your right to cancel MET Parking PCNs.
Surely you aren't trying to have me believe that McDonalds signed a parking contract that doesn't include the usual landowner right to request PCN cancellations?
Have you checked the contract?
Please pass this complaint to someone who can show me the contract and explain why your company signed it, if it has no such clause?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
