Tax Free Childcare and Net Adjusted Income

Hello,
Hoping to get some advise. I am a beneficiary of a relatively large estate which has several rental properties. I am due to receive some income from these properties that will push my Net Adjusted Income over the limit to receive tax free childcare. Is this estate income considered as part of my Net Adjusted Income? If so is there anything I can do as this income amount isn't actually going to cover the annual cost of childcare and I'll be worse of for receiving it.

Yes, it will be considered. Use it wisely and invest it into your pension to reduce your net adjusted income.0
