Has anyone had issues with care homes applying excessive price increases & backdating them 2 months in the past!! Is this actually legal when invoices have already been paid in full??

Do the Ts & Cs make any reference to scheduled annual increases or similar (in the same way as telecoms companies do, for example)?0
