You can try your luck with the retailer but you need to recognise that the machine was working fine when you bought it and it was working fine for the whole warranty period.  This isn't a high quality Bosch machine so you don't expect it to last that long.

You need evidence to prove that this particular model is known to have a problem with premature bearing wear. You need those local companies to go into print, and just saying there is a problem doesn't really make it so. If I was the judge sitting on a case, I would want to see data from all brands of washing machines, so I can see if there is a difference between Hisense machines generally, this model in particular and other manufacturers in the middle and upper price points. You  can't expect a Hisense machine to last as long as a Miele, but you can expect it to last as long as a Beko.

If these companiees can provide a database showing a patter of early wear on that model, you have the evidence to win a case, but otherwise, I think you will really struggle.

If you want a second opinion on this, if you have home insurance, you might find you have legal expenses cover and can call the Legal Helpline provided by your insurer for advice.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.

If you've had it 6 months then yes, if you've had it 20 years then no. A budget machine won't be expected to last as long as a premium brand so it will be very dependent on how long you've owned it (assuming new at purchase)
