    This is worrying.  It seems there’s no incentive for MyCSP not to make a mistake.  If they were financially liable for any overpayment I’m sure it would get sorted out quickly!

    How much faith should I have in my RSS?  The MyCSP quality and support team provided me with my annual salary and accrued service for each of year which look right.  (I can’t check directly against pay statements as I’ve changed Departments which often involves an overpayment which can take many months to resolve).

    Yes. I have P60s / P45s but they’re not correct.  For example in one year I was paid by two Departments in one month and the additional month of salary was reclaimed in the following financial year.  There’s also a non-pensionable allowance that was retrospectively realised to be a mistake and reclassified as pensionable basic pay.

    So my P60s are correct, but not!

    Thinking about it, my contract and pay rises might be a better record…
