This is worrying. It seems there’s no incentive for MyCSP not to make a mistake. If they were financially liable for any overpayment I’m sure it would get sorted out quickly!
How much faith should I have in my RSS? The MyCSP quality and support team provided me with my annual salary and accrued service for each of year which look right. (I can’t check directly against pay statements as I’ve changed Departments which often involves an overpayment which can take many months to resolve).0 -

So my P60s are correct, but not!
Thinking about it, my contract and pay rises might be a better record…
