Defence looks fine bar the odd typo.

Yours is a case where you COULD try a counterclaim (bit complicated but you have grounds).

Alternatively, when you get to Mediation phone call stage next month or in January, yours is a case where you should engage in the call for more than just 5 minutes.  Tell the Mediator what a 'double dip' is and exactly what occurred and that this is ANPR error and you want him/her to inform the Claimants to discontinue and apologise.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    No need for any printing

The newbies sticky thread and template defence threads give instructions

Yes add the claim reference etc

See attached image the ref # I'm talking about is in the claiment box under the claiment name arrowed, clearly not the claim ref...does it need including?, also arrowed the 'in the' box states civil national business centre does this replace county court at the top of the defence doc? the above may be totally irrelevent but as I've never done this before I really want to ensure I don't mess it up by missing a small detail..  Thanks in advance,

    No, not that form

The claim form is the N1SDT form, with the claimant and lawyers details top left, the POC is below them, the issue date and Claim reference number are top right, that Reference number is the one to use

You can see one in the following thread

many thanks I'll refer to the N1SDT in future, it's just a little confusing when newer forms ie N9 with additional references turn up.
