    Thanks for your advice

I have a slight hesitation to do that as I will be looking to get a mortgage early next year and worried this could have a negative impact on credit ratings? Or am I misinformed and this is not the case?
You are misinformed. This is not the case in Scotland.  You did the forum search I gave you (in bold) already and read a dozen threads? Please do that.
Thank you and everyone for your help!

I will read through this now to ease my mind and familiarise myself with the laws

I could not use a driveway at the end of the street to turn the car around in, so I had to use the very end/top part of the driveway of the entertainment place to turn my car around
As an aside in case this happens again...

It would seem that there are ANPR cameras covering this driveway, and it monitors vehicles as they turn into/out of this driveway. It them assumes that Occurrence 1 is entering and Occurrence 2 is exiting. Putting 2 and 2 together, they make 5 and leap to the incorrect conclusion that your car was there all along.

When turning around, did your car actually cross the boundary into the premises (driveway) or is it possible to turn around without doing so (bearing in mind that if it crosses a pavement, that pavement is part of the public highway)? If the cameras are covering the public highway and picking up your (and other) cars while still on the public road, there is all sorts of mischief you could create for the entertainment place. Not least a DPA breach for obtaining keeper details without cause.
