Free banking for non profit organisations

Our Allotment association has been banking with Lloyd's for the several years without charges, however, they intend to switch the account to a Community account and start charging not only a monthly fee but also or every transaction that we make. This includes paying in cash or writing cheques. My query is, what is the best account that is suitable for our association giving that we do not make regular payments into the account. Any helpful advice is greatly appreciated.
