THIS COMPETITION IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED KINGDOM ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY ENGLISH LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE AND/OR ARE NOT LOCATED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. ARTICLE 1 - ORGANISER AND DURATION OF THE COMPETITION BAI - BRETAGNE ANGLETERRE IRLANDE S.A., whose registered office is located at Port du Bloscon - BP 72 - 29688 ROSCOFF CEDEX, is organising a competition, the winner of which will be chosen by drawing lots under the conditions defined below. The competition will begin on 8 November 2024 at 09:00 AM Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”) and ends on 2 December 2024 at 11:59pm GMT. All entries must be received before the end time/date to be valid.

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION 2.1. Participation in the competition implies irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of these rules. 2.2. Participation in the competition is limited to one entry per e-mail address. Participation in the competition is strictly personal and nominative. Only one prize will be awarded per winning entry. 2.3. Failure to comply with the conditions of participation set out in these rules will result in the participant's participation being null and void.

ARTICLE 3 - PRINCIPLE OF THE COMPETITION/ENTRY PROCEDURES This competition takes place on the https://brittanyferries.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_di14umXmkZttqjc website, on the dates indicated in Article 1. Each participant must fill in the form displayed on the page to have a chance of winning the prize.

ARTICLE 4 - DESIGNATION OF WINNERS The organiser will designate the winner by drawing lots from all the completed forms. A draw will be held within 14 days of the competition closing date.

ARTICLE 5 - PRIZE A return sailing on any UK to France route for up to four passengers, a vehicle and standard cabin accommodation for travel until 31 December 2025. Travel between 1 July and 31 August 2024 is excluded. Commodore and De Luxe cabin accommodation is excluded. Maximum booking value is £750. Prize includes a tour of the de Villebois winery in France and wine tasting for up to four passengers, a festive case of a minimum of 12 wines supplied by www.nakedwines.com Limited (“Naked Wines”). Maximum prize value including ferry element, tour and festive case is £1,000.00. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the organiser. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, organiser reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Prize winners will be solely responsible for all taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used.

ARTICLE 6 - AWARDING OF PRIZES AND TERMS OF USE OF THE PRIZES The organiser of the competition will only contact the winner selected by e-mail and will inform him/her of the procedures to follow to access his/her prize. Only the winner will be contacted. The winner must reply within two weeks of the e-mail being sent and provide his/her full contact details. If the winner does not reply within two weeks of the e-mail being sent, he or she will lose the prize and will not be entitled to any indemnity, prize or compensation whatsoever. In this case, the prize will be awarded to a substitute designated in the draw for the session concerned. The winner must comply with these rules. If it turns out that they do not meet the criteria of these rules, their prize will not be awarded and will be acquired by the organiser. To this end, participants authorise all verifications concerning their identity, age, contact details or the loyalty and sincerity of their participation. Any false declaration, false indication of identity or postal address will result in the immediate elimination of the participant and the acquisition of the prize by the organiser. The prize is to be used during the period indicated in accordance with the terms and conditions subsequently communicated to the winner. Furthermore, in the event that the organiser is unable to deliver the prize won to the winners, for whatever reason, the organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value, to which all participants agree.

ARTICLE 7 - LIABILITY As a condition of entering, entrants agree: (a) to release the organiser, Brittany Ferries, and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, and agents, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all liability, loss, claim or damage, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of property, incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize or any item redeemed therewith or any travel related thereto; (b) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; (c) all causes of action arising out of connected with the competition, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred (if any), excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs; (e) the organiser shall not be held liable for the impossibility of contacting the winner, nor in the event of loss, theft or damage to the prize during its delivery; and (f) the organiser cannot be held responsible for any errors in the name, address and/or contact details provided by the persons who took part in the competition. The organiser reserves the right, if circumstances so require, to modify or cancel the competition, without being held liable. However, any modification will be the subject of an amendment which will be posted on the site. The organiser declines all responsibility in the event of malfunction preventing access and/or the proper running of the competition, in particular due to external acts of malice. The use of robots or any other similar means to participate in the competition by mechanical or other means is prohibited, and any violation of this rule will result in the definitive elimination of its creator and user. The organiser may cancel all or part of the competition if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular in a computerised manner in the context of participation in the competition or the determination of the winner. In this case, it reserves the right not to award the prizes to the fraudsters and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of these frauds before the competent courts.

ARTICLE 8 - PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA The information collected by Brittany Ferries to register your participation in the competition will be processed by automated means for the purpose of managing the competition. This information will also be shared with Naked Wines for the purposes of selecting a prize winner. In the event that you give us your specific consent, we will also process your personal data for commercial prospecting purposes. The data you send us will be kept for a period of 2 years. The recipients of this data are our sales department.
