Different Defaqto ratings for Safeguard policies?

Hi all. Could do with some advice.
Using Money Supermarket for house and contents insurance quotes.
I have been given two Safeguard quotes. One for £367. The other for £389.
The first has a Defaqto one star.
The second 4 stars.
When I compare them they look the same - voluntary excess etc…..
Anyone have an idea as to why they might be different??
