Specsavers - returns and NHS optical voucher query

Hello,
I used an NHS optical voucher at Specsavers, but my prescription isn’t right, causing blurred vision. I use my glasses all the time for everything and so they have to be right. I do have a strong prescription but I've never had any issues with new glasses causing blurred vision ever- it’s going in and out of focus.
I have an appointment this week to check it. If I need new lenses, will I have to pay since I’m back to work now? Also, what is Specsavers' returns policy?
Thanks.

If Specsavers have got the prescription wrong then it's up to them to correct it at their cost.1

It could be the prescription or the dispensing that's causing the issue. The Optometrist can check the prescription but make sure you are being seen by a "Dispensing Optician" when glasses are dispensed, particularly if you have a high prescription as minor errors in prescribing are magnified. If presciprion is over +/- 5.5 they should be taking heights and using a BVD measurement.Regarding the voucher, I assume you mean that when you weren't working, you qualified for an optical voucher, and now you are working, you do not? I'm not sure on the in's and out's of that but you could dicuss with the optician. If they refund the voucher you will not be able to use it if you no longer qualify for it.0
