Waiting on pension credit

I applied for pension credit on my elderly mother's behalf in February/March 2024. This was after she received a letter stating she could be eligible. We are still awaiting a decision as of November 11th 2024. I have called on numerous occasions and the standard response is it's still being processed. My mother has received two further letters to suggest she could be eligible. No one at the pension credit department seems to be able to help. I have complained to the DWP and I've not had any response to that. Does anyone have any advice that might help? Thanks in advance.
