Euro Car Parks fine after using a 24 hour sainsburys garage to wash my car

Hi, just looking for a bit of advice.
I've got a second letter from Euro Car Parks demanding I pay £85
So Basically I was working late and had a funeral the next day and went to fuel and wash my car at the local Sainsburys, apparently it seems that after 11pm your only get 10mins before you are slapped with an £85 fine, I did not know this as the only fonts that are displayed are the "3 Hours Free" which are between 7am and 11pm.
So after fueling can washing the car I was 28 mins in total (making it 18mins over the time) which I find completely ridiculous.
Once I received the first letter I contacted the local Sainsburys store and spoke with the store manager, he kindly took the PCN number and said it would be cancelled (but he couldn't guarantee it and said I might have to contact them directly) there is no way to do this unless you pay a charge or appeal.
I've heard nothing until today when I received another letter basically saying if I don't pay it they are taking me to court and passing my detail over to a debt recovery.
Seems quite steep for just washing and fueling my car
Any advice please

Complain directly to Sainsbury's head office with your tale of woe, plan A, if necessary direct to their CEO, attaching a copy of the PCN2

Just to give an update, this has been cancelled after speaking high up with someone at Sainsburys head office.
No idea if they will take my points about having 10mins to fuel/wash your car after 11pm but I'm afraid this has now put me off ever shopping at Sainsburys again or anywhere else with these parking company thieves.
If everyone adapted the same thing the cameras would go as they would loose business.7 -
Brilliant news plan A works again, just for clarity though it was an invoice not a "fine"
