WB Greenstar Highflow 440 - anyone familiar?

This fellow is displaying only a 't' symbol. This appears to indicate when the small built-in DHW cylinder is being heated up, but it's on all the time - for days now. In addition, the boiler doesn't respond to a CH demand.
I've tried turning it off and on, and pressing the 'reset' button, but now't. Both the DHW and CH timers are set to 'on', and their respective indicator lights are on.
Any ideas before they need to call out a plumber?
Thanks.

Do you mean the top symbol on this page?

As you have some knowledge of central heating systems and boilers, but have no idea what is wrong, then I think you will have to bite the bullet and get a heating engineer out. Have you thought about calling WB for their advice as it could be something quite niche/complicated?Thanks Mark, but alas no.It's definitely a lower case 't', and should mean that the DHW is being pre-heated. But it's been stuck on this for days.Good idea :-)Yes, I have some general knowledge - and fitted the Hives to the two boilers in this building - but just don't know this WB very well.Cheers - will contact WB.0 -
Went to have another look, and to check the next obvious thing - is there system pressure? Nope - it's at zero.Connected the filling loop, and fired some water in - the needle didn't budge. So, it's GS time :-(0

Random thought.
Is it possible that some of the LCD has failed and it should be displaying E but the top horizontal element is not lighting up?A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".1 -
